MEET AT THE HALIFAX COMMON BY THE NEW ROTARY (PARK SIDE) AT 6PM.

This week Riley dishes out the pain. After a warmup, she leads some hard running intervals: 3 x 3 minutes with 1 minute resting jogs in between, then 2 x 2min with a minute jogging rest and finally 1 x 1min. We'll all regroup during the jogging rests.

May 8 threshold workout

Meet at the Halifax common by the new rotary (park side) at 6PM.

After a warm up around the common, Blair will lead 5 x 4min of threshold (out and back style, so everyone starts and finishes together) with a 30 second rest in-between.

*Threshold is a pace that you can hold for 40min with a little discomfort

Time to go hard or go home.
