March 25th TRACK NIGHT

March 25th TRACK NIGHT

Since we got snowed last week, this week's run forecast calls for a track throwdown do-over at the Canada Games Centre.

We've got two lanes booked - one for some ass-kicking 200m x 2 minute interval training, and one is reserved to go long. Lapping the track 30 times makes it a 6K, hit it 20 times for a 4.

Cost is free for NER crew, please see the front desk as you arrive. Email us if you’re looking for a carpool.

6PM sharp. Show up to blow up.

North End Bridge Runners Sociable: March Edition

February 25th Route

We've survived ice, wind, sleet and snowbanks to make it this far. Winter's not done and neither are we. This week we run the South End in reverse - down Agricola past the Citadel, flying down South Park, hanging a right on Inglis and then back up Robie. Cutting across Spring Garden makes it a 4K.

Map the route here.

We leave North Brewing Co right at 6, so please try to arrive a little early.

February 18th Route

Bust out the Yaktrax. The latest blast of winter has made streets and sidewalks the icebound enemy. If you don't have spikes, you might want to skip this week's crew run. Let's go easy, stay together, and shout out the danger spots.  We're testing out the South End's snow-clearing skills with a route that Heads down Robie to Inglis and back up South Park, crossing between Citadel Hill and the Common to Agricola with the option to make it a 4K by cutting across Spring Garden.
