May 8 threshold workout
Meet at the Halifax common by the new rotary (park side) at 6PM.
After a warm up around the common, Blair will lead 5 x 4min of threshold (out and back style, so everyone starts and finishes together) with a 30 second rest in-between.
*Threshold is a pace that you can hold for 40min with a little discomfort
Time to go hard or go home.
