May 15 threshold & hill workout

MEET AT THE HALIFAX COMMON BY THE NEW ROTARY (PARK SIDE) AT 6PM.

After a warm up around the common, Repo will lead 4 x 5min of threshold running (out and back style, so everyone starts and finishes together) with a 30 second rest in-between.

After, we'll storm the Citadel with some hill sprints.

*Threshold is a pace that you can hold for 40min with a little discomfort
