We're switching it up, posting up at the Canada Games Centre for a track throwdown. Repo will lead ass-kicking 200m x 2 minute interval training, and a lane is reserved for the crew to go long. Lapping the track 30 times makes it a 6K, hit it 20 times for a 4.
