MEET AT THE HALIFAX COMMON BY THE NEW ROTARY (PARK SIDE) AT 6PM.

Rip it fast and avoid that Summertime Sadness.

We meet up for a warm-up and then Queen Riley leads 3x3min, 2x2min and 1x1min of threshold running with 1min rests at a slow jog in between intervals (where we all jog back together before the next rep). We finish with that sweet, sweet cool down.

Also, it can't hurt to program the workout in your watch ahead of time.

This week, we're getting some fast intervals because we've got the need for speed.

We meet up for a warmup mixed in with strides, then Damian leads 15 reps of 1min fast (just under your targeted race pace) and 1 min at a super easy pace (jog/walking), followed by a cool down!

Program it in your watch if you want, but we'll all be in it together!

Show off dem summer ready legs when we rip it downtown. We'll be flying down to the waterfront and back via the harbour side of Citadel tonight, then through the Grand Parade, back up Morris to Queen and Brunswick Streets, then retracing the route. Loop the Grand Parade to take the option.
